A few subject-line conventions
- “Support” — issues with your account, an assessment, or results. Include the email you signed up with.
- “Privacy request” — access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data. See the Privacy Policy for what to expect; we respond within 30 days.
- “Security” — vulnerability reports. Please include steps to reproduce; we read these first.
- “Legal” — notices relating to the Terms of Service or the Data Use Agreement.
